» tagged #doctor who #eleven #river song #eleven x river #mine #I love eleven being totally in love with river so much #I HATE EVERYTHING ELSE #like where do I even start #let's start with the fact that river being rory and amy's daughter has literally contributed NOTHING #not to River -whose life was even more all about the doctor than before we knew #certainly not to the ponds- who aren't allowed to feel anything #except love for the other #and NOTHING else #I was almost getting excited there about amy and river having a scene #but nope it was all about how the doctor's feelings matter more than anyone else's #god forbid you talk to your husband about your feelings #god forbid you don't hide a broken wrist from your husband #because think about how hurt he would be that you are hurt #SERIOUSLY??? #ugh just such bad writing #I want to be excited about clara but I don't see why the writing would just magically improve #can moffat just announce he's leaving after the 50th anniversary (or before! preferabl before!) already #so I can see the light at the end of the tunnel #though I don't know who I would want to take over #because if there's anything the moff has taught us #it's that just because you can write fantastic one-off episodes of doctor who #doesn't mean you know anything about #themes or character development or pacing over the course of a season #or not being an irritating person #oops wall of feelings
